However, due to a few temporary street closures for the bicyclists, the preferred route to the market from west of Main will be 9th and 14th Streets/Loras Boulevard. Police officers will be located at 9th, 14th and Main Streets to control traffic. The Farmers' Market will be open from 7 to noon as the RAGBRAI riders pass by on Main Street. Vehicles will not be allowed to cross Main, 12th and 13th Streets during that time. Central Avenue and Iowa Streets will not be impacted by the RAGBRAI closures. RAGBRAI The RAGBRAI riders are on the final leg of their journey, pedaling from Manchester to Dubuque. During the week, the overnight stops… cities like Storm Lake, Charles City and Waterloo… got a lot of coverage. The riders, however passed through, and sometimes stopped at many smaller town along the route. Joe Vize, of the Dubuque Bicycle Club, says all the small towns were very welcoming. The riders will be arriving in Dubuque throughout the morning and into the afternoon today. Drivers can expect some delays as some streets are restricted, or even closed, to allow the riders an easy ride through the area. The official end spot is the River's Edge Plaza in the Port of Dubuque, where the bikers will dip their tires in the Mississippi River...
